We love food trucks! But we wanted a healthier alternative to pizza, burgers and fried foods. And it needed to TASTE GOOD! So we started thinking about the flavors that we crave, from fresh Mexican to sweet and spicy Thai, and found some common ingredients, even on opposite sides of the globe! 

 

Based in Berthoud, Colorado, Cilantro & Lime serves fresh food (never fried!) with flavor fusions you won’t find on other trucks. From hearty homemade soups, to rice bowls, tacos, salads and wraps, you're sure to find something unique and delicious!
