Our "standard" summer menu includes:

Chicken Mole Tacos (gf)

diced chicken thighs marinated in a rich, spicy mole sauce, topped with cilantro and onion in corn tortillas

Korean Beef Tacos

lean ground beef simmered in Korean bulgogi sauce, topped with caramelized kimchi, sliced green onions, cilantro, sriracha aioli and toasted sesame seeds, served in 3 mini flour tortillas

Quesadillas

Customize your quesadilla by ordering plain cheese, chicken, mole chicken or our NEW veggie quesadilla. Add onions or jalapeños or a side of salsa and/or sour cream for no extra charge.

Chicken Satay (gf)*

diced chicken thighs marinated in curry and coconut milk, topped with a spicy-sweet peanut sauce, chopped peanuts and cilantro. Served with a side of
marinated cucumbers.

California Roll Bowl (gf)*
imitation crab, cucumber, avocado, pickled carrots and ginger, topped with furikake seasoning or sesame seeds.

 

Rotating specials may include:

Black Bean Soup (v, gf)
creamy black bean soup topped with fresh tomatoes, cilantro, green onions

and cotija cheese
optional add-ons: andouille sausage, fresh avocado

Posole (gf)

pork and hominy simmered in a red broth, served with shredded cheese, fresh cabbage, cilantro and lime

Mexican Corn Salad (v, gf)

roasted corn, avocado, bell pepper and red onion with lime and cotija cheese

Thai Quinoa Salad (gf)
quinoa, cabbage, carrot, red bell pepper, cucumber, edamame and green onions with a sweet, ginger-lime dressing, topped with cilantro and peanuts

Hot & Sour Soup (v)

tofu, portabella mushrooms, carrots, bamboo shoots and egg in a tangy broth topped with green onions
