Our typical truck menu includes:

Teriyaki Turkey Bowl*
ground turkey, carrots and finely chopped broccoli in a sweet and salty teriyaki sauce, topped with green onions and toasted sesame seeds

 

California Roll Bowl* (gf)
imitation crab, cucumber, avocado and shredded carrots, with

pickled ginger and toasted sesame seeds

Thai Quinoa Salad (gf)
quinoa, cabbage, carrot, red bell pepper, cucumber, edamame and green onions with a sweet, ginger-lime dressing, topped with cilantro and peanuts

Mexican Corn Salad (v, gf)
roasted corn, avocado, bell pepper and red onion with lime and cotija cheese

Quesadilla (v)

keepin’ it simple with just a tortilla and melted cheese. Try it with a small salad or cup of soup!

Chicken Mole Tacos (gf)
diced chicken thighs marinated in a rich, spicy mole sauce, topped with cilantro and onion in corn tortillas

Korean Beef Tacos (or Bowl*)

lean ground beef simmered in Korean bulgogi sauce, topped with caramelized kimchi, sliced green onions, cilantro, and sriracha aioli, served in mini flour tortillas.

Pork Banh Mi Wrap (or Bowl*)

marinated pork loin, pickled carrots, cucumber, mayo, cilantro, mint and lime wrapped in a flour tortilla

Chicken Satay*

diced chicken thighs marinated in curry and coconut milk, grilled on skewers, topped with peanut sauce, chopped peanuts and cilantro. Served with a side of
marinated cucumbers

Moo Shu Pork Bowl*
marinated pork, scrambled egg, mixed veggies and mushrooms, topped with hoisin sauce and toasted sesame seeds

Hawaiian BBQ Bowl* (gf)

grilled chicken or tofu, sautéed zucchini and peppers, fresh pineapple, red onion, bbq sauce, green onions and cilantro

Peanut Chicken Bowl*
seasoned chicken breast, baby spinach, roasted sweet potatoes, avocado,

peanut sauce, sesame seeds

*served on your choice of white or brown rice, or mixed greens

Posole (gf)

pork and hominy simmered in a tomato-based broth, served with shredded cheese, fresh cabbage, cilantro and lime

Black Bean (v, gf)
creamy black bean soup topped with fresh tomatoes, cilantro, green onions

and cotija cheese
optional add-ons: andouille sausage, fresh avocado

 

Hot & Sour (v)

tofu, portabella mushrooms, carrots, bamboo shoots and egg in a tangy broth topped with green onions

 

Thai Coconut w/ Shrimp (gf)
